More than 1,500 people were attended to by Doctors of the Americas.

About 1,500 people from low-income communities benefited from the medical missions carried out by Doctors of the Americas and Comandos de Salvamento of El Salvador.

Doctors of the Americas, a U.S.-based nonprofit organization, concluded its hard humanitarian work in the Río de Las Cañas community in Soyapango, where hundreds of people came to receive a free medical consultation and medication.

For 21 years, Comandos de Salvamento of El Salvador has been the entity providing logistical support and part of the medicines distributed during each mission, where the elderly, women, and children are the main beneficiaries.

It is worth mentioning that Dr. Andrew and Stephanie Badulak have led Doctors of the Americas, which year after year arrives to help the Salvadoran people, joined by doctors from the University of California.

Comandos de Salvamento of El Salvador expressed gratitude for the sacrifice of the healthcare professionals from Doctors of the Americas, as well as the medical staff, nurses, and volunteers from Comandos who support each mission.
