Comandos de Salvamento se mantiene en emergencia afuera del penal de Cojutepeque, en donde el pasado Martes explotaron dos granadas hechizas.
Dos presidiarías han muerto y varios han resultado heridos durante pequeñas revueltas en el interior de los penales de Cojutepeque y Sonsonate. Ambulancias de cruz roja así como periodistas de medios nacionales e internacionales se mantienen fuera de los penales.
