Comandos de Salvamento were present in the streets ready for action to offer protection and first aid to anyone that would need it during various parades and marches that went on in celebration of Workers day in downtown San Salvador. About 50 ems workers participated in the march offering support with eight ambulances. Thousands of workers marched to commemorate this day and were offered help when needed. Fotos: CDS
