Image of an MVA involving a pickup along km 80 highway to Ahuachapan. Patients injured and attended to were 24yo Darwin Mancia Cabrera and 16yo Naci Lopez.  The patients were transported to the national hospital of Chalchuapa. The Comandos were on their way to pick up an ill Salvadoran national in Tapachula when they came upon the accident. Veteran Comandos Jhony and Orsi assisted in offering BLS on the way to the hospital.
