At 830pm, Comando EMS members Manuel Juarez and Reynaldo Carrillo attended to 36 yo Juan Carlos Peña who presented with symptoms of possible alcohol poisoning. He was accompanied by Juan Javier Peña who had contacted the main base of CDS for help. The patient was securely transported to the Molina Hospital in Soyapango and turned over to higher level of care. Photo: Mark Hoffman
