23 yo Jesús Adalberto Rivas presented with various injuries on his lower extremities after being hit by a car this last August 18th along Concepción street in San Salvador. EMS members offered basic first aid and stabilized the patient then transported him to National Hospital Rosales.  Fotos CDS.
