Comandos de Salvamento works in extracting 45 yo Belarmino Galdamez who was entangled in his vehicle after crashing head on into a semi truck at KM 18 north of San Salvador on the Troncal del Norte highway in Ciudad Delgado on Sunday Sept 21st 2011. The accident took the lives of his sister, 59yo Edelmira Galdamez and 57 yo Gloria Vásquez. Three others were stabilized and transported to surrounding area Emergency Rooms for higher level of care and intervention. Fotos: CDS
