BEFORE HOLY WEEK, COMANDOS PREPARE

As members of the National Civil Protection Commission, Comandos de Salvamento participated in a water rescue drill, which was also attended by the other institutions that are part of the emergency system.

Authorities from the National Civil Protection Commission decided to join the efforts of all the rescue organizations that make up the system, which will be implemented during the Holy Week season.

Rescue workers, rescuers, doctors, paramedics, nurses, lifeguards, firefighters, the Naval Force, Police officers, and the army will provide assistance to domestic and foreign tourists who may visit the country’s beaches and tourist centers.

More than one hundred women from Comandos de Salvamento will participate in the holiday emergency plan.
