GOVERNOR OF SAN SALVADOR CELEBRATES RESCUER’S DAY AT COMANDOS

The Governor of San Salvador, Eduardo Godoy, visited the central headquarters of Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador this morning to mark International Rescuer’s Day.

Eduardo Godoy thanked the young rescuers for the time and effort they devote to benefiting the Salvadoran population, while sharing cake with the volunteers, who appreciated the gesture and the official’s visit to the headquarters of Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador.

Roberto Cruz, Executive Director of Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador, noted that for many years, Government officials had overlooked this date and said that on this day he appreciated the gesture made by Governor Eduardo Godoy, who congratulated each of the rescuers.
