Comandos de Salvamento de Nejapa, together with the Nejapa Municipal Government, conducts training workshops in the municipality’s various communities.

The training is aimed at members of the Community Commissions of Protección Civil in first aid so that they can provide assistance in their localities in cases of minor emergencies or stabilize patients while specialized teams arrive in the event of a major emergency.

For this reason, Comandos de Salvamento, the Nejapa Municipal Government, and the Risk Management and Provida Unit have begun a series of training sessions so that there are people in the communities who know how to respond to a minor emergency.
