INTERNATIONAL ATHLETES THANK COMANDOS FOR THEIR WORK

Hundreds of young rescuers from Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador are participating in providing care to the national and international athletes taking part in the Central American and Caribbean Games being held in the country, which conclude in the coming days.

Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador is a humanitarian and emergency-assistance organization, and for 62 years it has been at the forefront of the emergencies that have affected the country. However, as part of the Protección Civil System and the Ministry of Health, the collaboration was provided to offer assistance during the Central American and Caribbean Games.

Thanks to the trust placed in our institution and the charisma that inspires many of the volunteers, international athletes have wished to extend their congratulations to the hundreds of young people who are part of the Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador family.

Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador expresses its gratitude to the athletes from the different disciplines who have placed their trust in our personnel. To the President of the Republic, Nayib Bukele, who deemed it appropriate for our institution to form part of the contingent providing emergency medical care to participants and attending members of the public.

In this way, Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador once again says that we are present to serve our fellow human beings regardless of race, religion, or political creed.
