Once again, a contingent of members of Doctors of the Americas has arrived in the country to begin a series of medical campaigns tomorrow that will benefit people from the most underserved communities.

The health professionals bring medicines and vitamins to be distributed free of charge to patients in the various communities they will visit, and they are also bringing equipment to conduct examinations at the same location.

One of the communities that will benefit this Friday, August 8, is La Galera, in the Municipio of Tecoluca, San Vicente. Then, on Saturday the 9th, they will travel to Cantón San Rafael, in Puerto de La Libertad.

Doctors of the Americas, together with Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador, are joining efforts to provide assistance to the population of Barra Salada in Sonsonate this Monday the 11th, continuing on Tuesday in Comunidad Pinar de Granada, in Santa Ana.

They will conclude on Wednesday in the Río Las Cañas community, in Ilopango, where Doctors of the Americas will attend to the population so they can receive free consultations, as well as medicines.

Doctors of the Americas have arrived in El Salvador under the direction of Dr. Andrew and Stephanie Badulak, pioneers of a mission that has already reached two decades of providing assistance alongside Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador, visiting communities most in need of consultations and medicines.
