The Board of Directors and Executive Directorate of Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador thanked each of its volunteers with a lunch and gifts for the effort they make in providing assistance during emergencies to the Salvadoran people.
In addition, thanks to the contribution from Norwegian People’s Aid, APN, it was possible to equip the 7 shift brigades that are ready day after day to cover calls during the night.
Each first-aid kit delivered to them contained the supplies necessary to assist victims and thus treat patients’ ailments more effectively before subsequently taking them to healthcare centers.
The brigade chiefs for each day came to receive their supplies with some of their personnel, who once again thanked the Board of Directors for always ensuring that they have what they need.
The rescuers enjoyed entertainment from Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, and the Grinch, who organized activities for the young people to win gifts such as baskets, pots, and other items, thanks to the institution’s own funds and those of the Transforming Realities Foundation.
