TWO DEAD IN ACCIDENT ON THE ROAD TO ROSARIO DE LA PAZ

Two people lost their lives Sunday afternoon at kilometer 37 and a half of the Litoral Highway, between the turnoff to San Pedro Masahuat and Rosario de La Paz, in the Departamento of La Paz.
The two deceased individuals, who have not been identified, were traveling on a motorcycle toward Zacatecoluca and collided head-on with a motor vehicle traveling toward the San Salvador area.
Comandos de Salvamento arrived at the site of the traffic accident, where the deaths of the two people traveling on the motorcycle—a man and a woman—were confirmed.
The volunteers of Comandos de Salvamento covered the bodies of the victims, who were thrown several meters from the point of impact.
The names of the deceased remain unknown pending their legal identification.
