This post is also available in: Spanish Norwegian Bokmål French Chinese (Simplified) Japanese

Authorities from the Ministry of Public Health and Social Assistance, MINSAL, delivered a donation of 50,000 masks for the volunteers of Comandos de Salvamento.

This donation helps improve the biosafety of the rescuers who are responding to occupational emergencies, workplace incidents, and traffic accidents 24 hours a day, despite the COVID pandemic.

The new Board of Directors of Comandos de Salvamento will begin distributing the new donation to its branches so that the young rescuers can have an additional piece of personal protective equipment and thus respond to emergencies in their work areas.

Comandos de Salvamento thanks the MINSAL authorities for the important donation, which further strengthens the public-service and humanitarian organization.

Volunteers will have new biosafety equipment to respond to emergencies.
