The Presidency of the Republic of El Salvador assigned Comandos de Salvamento of Ilopango to distribute 160 food packages to low-income families surveyed by the Community Board.
The families who benefited received a basic food basket for no fewer than 15 days for a group. It should be noted that the Presidency of the Republic placed its trust in Comandos de Salvamento, who have earned respect over many years.
In Sensuntepeque, Cabañas, Comandos de Salvamento volunteers helped elderly people carry the agricultural package that was delivered to several farmers. The rescuers took the bag delivered by the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock to the elderly people’s homes.
