Patricia Cruz, a Salvadoran who has lived in Canada for 30 years and has never forgotten her roots, is competing in Fair Trade Works to win a home remodeling prize in that country.

Patricia, born in Sensuntepeque, Cabañas, comes from a very humble family and traveled to Canada in search of a life opportunity. For the past 30 years, she has undertaken the task of helping compatriots with limited financial resources in her native Cabañas. However, her heart extended to other places and humanitarian aid organizations.

Comandos de Salvamento of El Salvador has been one of them, receiving donated food and supplies to help respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as Hurricane Amanda, benefiting thousands of Salvadorans who received the donation.

Now, Patricia is asking for votes to obtain a benefit in this Fair Trade Works contest. She has therefore shared a link so Salvadorans can access the website and cast their vote, allowing her to reach first place in the vote count.

You can participate by entering this site http://wshe.es/c5fgDUQL, where you can support our compatriot, who is committed to thousands of Salvadorans who, in one way or another, have benefited from the assistance provided by Patricia Cruz.
