COMMANDOS FOR THIRD DOSE

This post is also available in:

First responders from Comandos de Salvamento of El Salvador arrived this morning at the Hospital El Salvador facilities to receive their third dose against COVID, as they are already among frontline personnel.
The volunteers are receiving the vaccine to have greater protection, since they are responding to emergencies involving traffic and workplace accidents.
It should be mentioned that suspected COVID cases are being attended to by the medical emergency system at 132, which has properly protected personnel for transporting patients.
Comandos de Salvamento exposes its volunteers every day because there is not enough protective equipment, including isolation equipment, to attend to suspected COVID cases. However, they risk their health while assisting victims of traffic incidents, as well as workplace accidents.
The young first responders of Comandos de Salvamento will continue visiting the various health facilities in the departmental capitals so that they can receive their third dose.
