At the heights.

In a colorful parade, the merchants of Greater San Salvador toured the streets announcing the August festivities.

Comandos de Salvamento provided assistance to the thousands of people who attended to watch the beautiful floats with their lovely queens, who delighted those in attendance, as well as the peace bands and their baton twirlers, who showcased their skill with coordinated dances set to music.

During the Commerce parade, Comandos de Salvamento rescuers provided outpatient assistance to people who suffered from sunstroke and headaches; they were treated at the scene.

Comandos de Salvamento also maintains a presence at the fairgrounds, where a first-aid station provides care to attendees.

On August 5, Comandos de Salvamento will participate in the Transfiguration of the Divine Savior of the World, which will depart from the Basilica of the Sacred Heart and travel along several streets in the capital.
