DOCTORS OF THE AMERICAS RETURN TO EL SALVADOR

Doctors of the Americas is a nonprofit organization made up of physicians from different cities in the United States of North America, who for several years have visited the country to conduct medical campaigns.

Today marks the 17th arrival in the country of these healthcare professionals, who coordinate with Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador the various medical campaigns that reach the neediest corners of our country, where medications are distributed free of charge.

Doctors of the Americas will be present next Friday the 5th in Cantón El Achotal, in Zacatecoluca. In addition, the San Carlos Lempa area will be visited on August 6, where free consultations and medicines will be provided.

The doctors from Comandos de Salvamento join these physicians to attend to the majority of patients who participate en masse in the campaigns held in the communities.

The physicians are expected to arrive next Monday in Nuevo Edén, Municipio de San Miguel, in the eastern part of the country.

Thanks to Doctors of the Americas, who devote their great hearts to Salvadorans and who today, after the pandemic, “say, we are here again to help those who need it.”
