Six people were injured and taken to healthcare centers. Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador attended a traffic accident this morning that left six people injured, due to the recklessness of one of the drivers involved in the collision.

The injured people were traveling in the vehicle traveling from Soyapango toward San Salvador, while the other vehicle was going from Ciudad Delgado to Soyapango, colliding head-on.

Two of the six injured people were treated by prehospital care personnel from Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador, while the other four were stabilized and subsequently admitted to different healthcare centers near the site of the impact.

The injured people, who were from Sensuntepeque, were traveling to a healthcare center for a medical consultation when they were involved in the collision.

Meanwhile, Miguel Reyes, 51, suffered trauma after falling from a microbus on Route 4 while traveling along 11th Calle Oriente and 12th Avenida Norte in San Salvador.

The victim lost control when the microbus apparently made a bad maneuver, and he fell onto the roadway, causing severe head trauma. He was therefore taken to Hospital Rosales as an emergency.
