With approximately one thousand volunteers, Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador is preparing everything to begin its emergency plan “For a Safe Summer 2023,” which starts tomorrow, Sunday, and concludes on Resurrection Sunday.
Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador will deploy its rescuers to the main beaches and resorts, where lifeguard personnel will be present to provide safety for vacationers and thus prevent deaths by drowning.
In addition, on the highways, the Vehicle Rescue units will have hydraulic equipment and specialized personnel available to provide assistance to victims of traffic accidents, especially where people are trapped.
Ambulances will be available to evacuate possible victims as quickly as possible to the various healthcare centers; these are advanced units.
Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador will be present with its 30 branch offices to provide assistance during the Semana Santa vacation season.
Special thanks to companies such as Econored, with its brands of hydrating beverages, Huevos La Catalana, Sopas Laky, and Cooperativa CACTIUSA de R.L., which make the effectiveness of Operation “Safe Summer 2023” possible.
