WORLD FIRE ACADEMY DONATES AIR-CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT TO COMANDOS

Lieutenant General of the World Fire Academy of New York, Juan Gutiérrez, and members of that prestigious institution donated an air-conditioning unit for the meeting room of Comandos de Salvamento of El Salvador.

Recently, members of the World Fire Academy of New York met with the Board of Directors of Comandos de Salvamento of El Salvador to establish closer ties and assess the institution’s needs.

The New Yorkers, who are retired firefighters and now form part of the World Fire Academy, donate fire pumps to several countries; these have been very useful in the countries that receive the equipment for fighting fires.

Juan Gutiérrez, Lieutenant General of the World Fire Academy of New York, hopes to be able to provide support to Comandos de Salvamento of El Salvador next year.
