Mario Mulato’s wife, children, and granddaughter participated in the prayer vigil.

Hundreds of young colleagues from the various Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador branches in the central zone and from Mario Mulato’s Municipal Protección Civil are participating in the prayer vigil being held at the central headquarters.

Since six o’clock Thursday evening, the rescuers have been present, awaiting pastors and psalmists who offered praises to our Lord Jesus Christ as part of the prayer program asking for Mario Mulato’s speedy recovery. He has remained hospitalized at the Seguro SocialGeneral since last Friday.

Mario Mulato, who has been a delegate of the Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador branch in San Martín for more than a decade, suffered a traffic accident that caused complications to his head and left him in delicate condition.

The psalmist and preacher Jimmy Caballero began with praises, followed by prayers and one of the sermons asking for our colleague’s recovery.

Pastors from different churches arrived to offer their prayers, including Pastor David Borja of the Central Tabernáculo Bíblico Bautista Amigos de Israel, known as the Pastor de la Calle, who visits Comandos de Salvamento to deliver food to the volunteers who provide service to others several days a week.

Pastor Manuel de Jesús Guzmán led the activity with the support of the executive leadership and the Board of Directors of Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador.

At the end, prayers were offered for Mario Mulato’s healing. Trusting in the Lord, we know that he will soon emerge from the coma that keeps him at the Seguro Social.
