Members of the Board of Directors deliver a repaired ambulance in Alegría.

Members of the Board of Directors of Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador arrived in the municipality of Alegría, in Usulután, to deliver an ambulance that was completely rebuilt with the funds that Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele provided for that purpose.

The Comandos de Salvamento delegate in Alegría first expressed his gratitude to Mr. President Bukele for having donated the money to carry out repairs on the Comandos’ ambulances.

The unit’s engine, doors, braking system, dual transmission, and suspension system were completely rebuilt so that they can provide better assistance in the cantons and caserío of the municipality of Alegría.

The Board of Directors of Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador continues repairing units that are in poor condition; some of them are already operating in the institution’s different sectional offices.

So far, Quezaltepeque, Nejapa, Apopa, Ilopango, San Martín, Berlín, and Ciudad Arce have received part of the presidential aid, as they are Comandos de Salvamento delegations that provide emergency services 24 hours a day.

The unit’s engine and other parts were rebuilt.
During the delivery, the volunteers thanked President Bukele for his assistance.
