Seeing a child smile is one of the best gifts we can receive, especially when the child is in difficult circumstances, as hundreds of children are now sleeping under a tent on a sports field in Cantón Tierra Blanca, in Municipio de Chirilagua, San Miguel.
Comandos de Salvamento and a group of clowns from SGACES traveled on Wednesday morning to the areas affected by the earthquakes, which have already exceeded 800 seismic movements and are keeping hundreds of families in San Miguel and La Unión on edge.
Young volunteers and clowns set aside their commitments to bring joy and snacks, thanks to the Conos y Pajillas Sol company, as well as toys donated by the men and women with painted faces who made the children forget their fear for a few hours as they enjoyed every antic performed by these artists.
The need for aid in this area is so great that this Sunday Comandos de Salvamento will bring clothing, food, and medicine to the families who still remain at the shelter, whose children sleep with that fear because the tremors do not stop.
Therefore, if you wish to help, you may take your donations to Comandos de Salvamento, located at 9ª. Calle Oriente and 16ª Avenida Norte #834 in San Salvador, or call 2133-0000; your contribution is very important.

There was a beauty contest among the girls.
