First responders from Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador assisted a motorcyclist this morning who had suffered several traumas to different parts of his body due to falling from his motorcycle while swerving to avoid a canine as he was traveling along kilometer eight of the Prolongación del Bulevar Constitución in the direction of San Salvador.

The victim stated that the canine ran out from the side of the road to cross the thoroughfare; to avoid running over the dog, he lost control of his motorcycle and was injured.

The volunteers from Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador arrived to handle the emergency. After stabilizing him, they took him to a medical center.

Minutes later, another motorcyclist was treated on kilometer fourteen of the Carretera de Oro, near Apopa, after attempting to overtake a car and colliding head-on with a vehicle traveling in the opposite lane.
