CDS participated again in the yearly celebrated health festival sponsored by the Salvadoran Government. Free medical consults and health education took place this time in supporting the residents of Ilopango.

Además de orientar a la población para la entrega de los medicamentos que se entregan de una forma gratuita a los pacientes. Comandos took part in showing visitors around and educating them to free health services offered. Other government agencies such as CENADE, ANDA, the Social Housing authority were other groups that offered free education services. Comandos were also present with a stand showing off their extrication and high angle rescue and recovery equipment.
