A CDS EMT attends to a man bitten by a snake in a small village at the base of the San Salvador Volcano on July 9th 2009. The patient was transported to Zacamil hospital where he was attended to in the Emergency room.

I am sending you a photograph of an accident that happened this morning at 9:30 that took place in the El Bosque Colonia, San Salvador.
An EMT from CDS is disconnecting the electrical cables of a car with license plate P-541-563 that was crushed by bus with license plate AB-72-616. This took place on the 8th a Avenue. The accident resulted in 30yo Gloria López being injured.

A male was ran over by a train this morning near the Naval Force of El Salvador and the Tiendona Market in the east of San Salvador.
The victim was identified as 44yo Salvador Morán Melgar. According to first hand information provided by Comandos de Salvamento, the victim tried to cross the tracks faster than the oncoming train. As a result of the accident, them man was urgently rushed to Rosales Hospital. According to a CDS EMT, the man presented with his legs in an acute condition that may result in an amputation. The incident happened at 7:45 a.m.
