Comandos affiliate base from Quetzaltepeque attended to three injured patients along km25 along the Panamerican Highway at the San Juan Opico overpass.
The mechanism of injury for all three patients was a rear end collision caused by another vehicle. They were thrown many meters into the air. The injured were 27yo Ana Delmy Menéndez de Tadeo, 29yo Douglas Tadeo, and yo Ana Elizabeth Tadeo.
All three were immediately secured and transport d to higher level of care.

ACCIDENT at the CARRIL SITRAMSS
Comandos de Salvamento assisted two other victims of a motorcycle accident near the MOLSA factory in East en San Salvador. Oscar Pompilio González of 64years, was ran over by 48yo Manuel de Jesús Moreno. Both sustained injuries and were immediately transported to the Social Security Hospital.
Both the pedestrian and the driver of the motor were supported with first aid. .
José Geovanni Hidalgo, of 37 Years, expired while riding as a passenger in a large agricultural tractor.

Another patient was attended near the parque centenario near the SITRAMSS along the Alameda Juan Pablo II when a pickup crossed the lane into a motorcycle. The driver, 25yo Wendy Hernández Guillen and her passenger on the moto suffered acute injuries and were immediately transported to higher level of care

At around 8 in the evening, 61yo Maria Isabel Alvarenga, a small business owner was just about ready to celebrate her birthday on this December 8th when she was struck by a car while she was crossing the road. The driver stayed in place taking responsibility. She was immediately secured and transported by our personnel to Rosales Hospital but five minutes later expired.
